The one-time setup fee of ₹5,000 is charged for manual configuration of subdomains, database allocation, and initial product cloning. This fee is non-refundable once the shop credentials and subdomain have been activated and handed over to the vendor.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
In the event of a technical failure where the service is not delivered, or in case of accidental double-payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
