FRESH ORA provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (Freshora) that allows local vendors to manage orders, generate invoices, and host digital storefronts via wildcard subdomains.
By using our services, you agree to pay the one-time onboarding fee and the recurring monthly maintenance fees as per the chosen plan. Failure to renew subscriptions may lead to temporary suspension of the digital storefront.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
